OSU’s former OC will return to the Big 12 wearing a different orange.
OSU is becoming a very good stepping stone school for coaches. Not a good thing. We have to move from stepping stone school to destination school.
I disagree. All top/successful programs rotate through assistant coaches; they average about 3 years or so. We are one of those programs, and we have been lucky to keep Coach Dunn as long as we did.
What you DON’T want is a room full of assistant coaches nobody wants.
