Long term staying at oSu would not of been a terrible decision. Cobb could of had a similar path like Rodriguez / Amen.
Cobb may get paid “some” right now, but it’s not a guarantee he makes the NFL after college. Feel like long term for his professional career he should of stayed.
He chose the quick $$$.
Will be interesting to see his production after next season.

I’ve read and heard the colleges hire/partner with agencies. Money can flow from donors or “so called donors” through it. It’s some loop hole or something like that. I been on this for a couple days now. It can’t come from the college directly I understand.

I don’t think he’s close to Malcom, he had an instinct for the ball, very strong, became faster here than HS, very humble. I don’t think Cobb. Is close to Malcom…. Maybe he gets a lot better at ATM I think he should have stayed where he was… just my thoughts., he is a good player, Malcom was very underrated

Cobb was in college station today for a visit. I hope he doesnt get ran over by their ex players leaving. Its so bad there losing their kickers and punters.

I’ve heard guys on the radio saying calling them the best 8 win team money can buy lol. I know they don’t have 8 wins this year but I guess the joke is they can’t do better than 8 wins on normal bases when they’re supposed to be good. Thought it was pretty funny.

I just only heard that he was going to sign with them by a few stations. And it was going to be for a decent amount of money. Nothing completely official but his intention is A&M. I think they’re pretty deep at LB. I heard some of them decided to stay. If I was him I’d stay or go some else.

Always amazed by folks with the orange-tinted glasses that cannot get over the past and are content with a winning record, whatever that means. Why do you suppose so many talented players are not loyal to a coach that has so many “winning” seasons? It is culture and it has been lacking for many years, and it is what you see in successful programs with a true leader rather than a player/coach that has never gotten over himself. Yeah, he is over 50 and I am picking on him rather than the players, or even the fans, that he has repeatedly let down by his own admissions of continually being unprepared despite being paid $7.5 million.
