A lot of it is on the coaches too. Either they arenāt developing him, not playing to his strengths, or both. I blame 80%+ of the issues on Gundy.

Iām pretty sure we are play to Sanders strengths. Thatās why weāre throw so many bubble screens and hope and pray bombs.

Weeden was a good college qb. His best ability was to read fast and had a quick release. More importantly he had the best overall team we every had. That line made him be a top qb.
Sanders could be a good qb. He has got throw to the open man not the designated reciever. All qb make poor throw so Iām not on that as much. His bad choice r the main deal. Learn to throw it away or run. And stop forcing in tite coverage. If u watch his tapes the oline was not a major factor in his pics.
If a coach is good enough that averages 4th in the conference, shouldnāt a quarterback who has gotten his team to 4th two years in a row be just what was ordered?

Itās not the quarterback. Itās the frigging system. Either go back to the 2010, 2011 system or find a system that can win against a good team.
