We would be in a position where Gundy would be making excuses why his recruiting is in the 40s. Just like it is now after all that money with one championship in almost 20 years is my guess.
Even after they boosted the recruiting budget he’s still status quo. I think he got two or three helicopter trips out of it with no high profile recruits. Goose egg. You could give him the Alabama gig and he would be recruiting in the 40’s.
