A look at the Big 12’s best incoming defenders.
I have no idea what Tech’s ceiling is with the Sorsby thing, but they still have so much talent. If their QB is just decent, they probably will be a playoff team again. If he’s not, they’re probably still in the mix for the conference title late in the season.
Barring a rash of injuries, I think Tech is playing for another Big 12 title this year. They have Houston the third game of the year which could be tricky.
We’ll see where UH is then, if Hammond is hitting on all cylinders. Let TT rough-up Houston and then the week before oSu plays UH, KSU plays them and can beat them up again. I like where we play UH in the schedule. Not saying we’re gonna win but KSU is always a fist-fight of a game so that has to help.
Les liked recruiting kids that had played winning football at their high school - Mike went for diamonds in the rough - hopefully snaps and experience get it done for HCEM. And hopefully Cassity has defensive football in his dna.
