We’ve never churned out a ton of draft picks along the line and still have had some of the most productive offenses in the country.

I guess maybe they should tailor the offense to his specific skill set🤷♂️. Instead of making him stay in a collapsed pocket like we had seen in the Big 12 CCG🤷♂️. Did you notice when we picked up the pace on offense during the last offensive possession of the game, it took us no time to get down the field?
How about asking the staff to choose which offensive identity they want to be? If Gundy wants to be like OU so badly to where he can play fast or grind it out then he needs to invest in better players in the trenches.

I think Texas having top ten recruiting classes( meaning they 20 to 30 4 and 5 stars) not get any drafts in 2 years. That’s a serious issue. Us putting a great group of guys out there that wins games is no issues.

I looked up Corndog’s stats against K State.
17-35 for 184 yards passing with 0 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.

Did he have a defense that could stop anyone and give him more offensive possessions? Did he have a dual-threat QB the opposing defense had to focus on? Did Utah State have a WR unit they could rely on?
