The truth is Morris cannot be unbiased in coaching 2 schools at the same time. At least 7 players OSU just signed were UNT commits. Meanwhile, UNT signed 5 players! If I was UNT I would let Morris go on Sunday or Monday and move forward without him. Yes the calendar sucks, but having an active head coach taking away commitments is not productive either.

Terrible take here. Schools like UNT understand where they are in the College Football pecking order. They also understand that you cannot burn bridges for future coaching searches. UNT understand that they were fortunate to have a coach like Morris and therefore you gain NOTHING by trying to strong arm him. What would UNT gain by telling him to get outta town? Nothing at all.
