It is probably worse because there is no transparency and all Cowboy fans see is the exit portal, but letting Tonga go IMHO was hubristic. Gundy had to learn several things on the fly but HCEM could have dug deeper into the Cowboy culture and realized the value of Tonga IMHO.
Maybe yoga would be good to learn
