Three Questions from Oklahoma State's Running Back Room Entering the 2024 Season

On Gordon, his co-stars and the future of the room.

I can confirm that AJ tore his achilles, and has already gotten his medical redshirt from this year. Looks like RB1 next year will be between him and Trent. Early 2025 W, but I feel so bad for AJ

I’d be willing to bet Gordon has less than 1000 yards.

Always a true fan. Even at 20 carries he will get 1000.

Both the new guys have good average carries. Next yrar will have 2 good backs and possibly more.

The line is good.

I’m jumping on the VAILAHI Train early, I like what I seen from him against Texas. Good size and strength, plays with low center of gravity and seems to have good vision. I would have like seeing him get more touches with Texas keying in on Gordon.

Are we going to give him the ball when we’re down 23-0?

I wouldn’t have to ask if the coaches didn’t keep me guessing :man_shrugging:.

You keep yourself guessing.

You’re right. I keep guessing at when we’re going to actually give the ball to our best players until we do.

If your going to comment, dnt say stupid stuff. Who is our best play. Who got the most touches. If you answer both the same then we did.
247 has the oline rated the best in the nation. How you like them apples.

The best O line and Gordon behind a seventh year qb should be good enough for third or 4th in the conference.

Well it’s about time. Been waiting for an OL since Wickline left :man_shrugging:.
