Perhaps, but the argument that our running game isn’t as bad as people think is still the entire point here. Averaging 4.2 against an FCS isn’t that impressive, and people have a right to be concerned about that. Better hope we do 4.2 or better against Arky on Saturday.
What it proves is that real champions don’t brag about beating an FCS team. Of course, we’ll never know what that feels like because we don’t win championships.
