It’s been awhile since the Hogs were in town.
“ Other than two blowouts to Auburn and then-No. 10 Missouri, the Razorbacks were, at the most, two possessions away in every other loss. That included one-possession ranked losses to then-No. 12 LSU 34-31, then-No. 16 Ole Miss 27-20 and then-No. 11 Alabama 24-21.”
Yea……let’s not take that into account. Let’s just pretend we’re playing another SDSU .
These guys scare me. Running QBs have always given us fits. Martin and Oliver need to get their hands on him early. We need to make sure we finish drives too. FGs aren’t going to do it.
I live in Boise and thus have watched Taylen Green over the last couple of years at BSU. If our D-line and pass rush stay in their lanes and play sound football, we can force him into bad passes and grab some turnovers. If our pass rush over extends and opens holes for him to start running, it’s hard to run him down. I think we need to let the front 3 to 4 guys work to get pressure, and drop in coverage with everyone else and make him prove he can dissect a secondary and make good decisions.
We have to get use to running qb we will see a lot of them.
