He needs develop and more reps. I need to see him play with at least an average improved offensive line. I don’t have a lot of faith in Tim’s QB coaching ability. I’m definitely not a Bowman fan, he was good at tech but way too suspect for injury. But again if our line isn’t average or better it could be a painful season with pocket passing quarterbacks.

I hope you’re right and I’m wrong. He seems like a good kid and teammate. Just haven’t been impressed by his arm strength nor his foot speed. Needs to put on more muscle mass also.

Try becoming a cheerleader if all you want is propaganda about how good things are. 
Little Gundy’s arm strength is definitely a concern for me. That long pass play he had last season that ball was short, hung way too long in the air, and looked like he gave that all he had. I think if we ran a Zack Robinson style of offense with him, we’d be alright. I hope I’m wrong about all my feelings. The guys from 365sports told me we might have a championship Baylor Bears type season when they had that miracle season.

365 guys need to be drug tested! 
I respectfully disagreed with them, They been doubting Blake Shapen but told them it’s his second full year and the last week has had a stellar week of great performance. They said I may be right about him now on the show. I like listening to 365 now more than the sports animal but I love Pat Jones and speak with him every now when they’re at Mid Town Kia every Friday.

Sharpen wasn’t good last season, sometimes happens w/ sophomore QBs. He tore us up his freshmen year though, wow, but we seem to stink it up when a QB1 gets hurt and a new guy comes in and has barely played. It almost makes me think we went to a very BASE defense and didn’t seem like we put a whole lotta pressure on Sharpen when he came in his freshman year after QB1 got hurt, who was good himself, just not great, and ended up transferring after Sharpen went nuttzo the rest of his freshman season.
I think he’ll be much better this year. For some reason I see something about him. Their wide receiver corps wasn’t to great either last season.
