I agree but it’s only fair to include the offensive and defensive coordinator. I wouldn’t expect many votes for Nardo.

Not really fair to blame Nardo when it’s his first year and the offense does absolutely nothing to help the defense out.

Admin won’t fire a coordinator / skill coach, that’s Gundy’s call. And Gundy won’t fire them. So it’s gotta be Gundy. Only way the others can get fixed.

Admin can tell Gundy to do it, and if he doesn’t like it or is u willing then he can go too. He either needs to have coaches that can coach up lesser talent or recruit better talent. We can’t be mediocre/bad at both and win games
