I’m with anyone that DECIDES they WANT to coach. Our coaching staff made it evident this season that’s not something they WANT to do. They want a life outside of football. That’s fine then. Pay them according to what their record deserves . There’s nothing wrong with wanting to be a top 10 team Mike. I know 6-6 is your standard, but we can always hope for better than being average.
