I do agree on the special teams. I don’t get that either. I remember in his earlier years, Gundy talking about how “all three sides” of the ball were equally important. It’s almost like he made the decision to sacrifice that “side” of the ball to focus in other areas. Personally, I wouldn’t mind seeing the Cowboy Back coaching position being given up and getting a full-time ST coach. Nothing personal against McEndoo. I just think we would get more value out of a ST coach.
