You’re right. No context needed. I curse in my everyday life like a sailor. So I should speak freely when I’m in a boardroom. Or church. Or when I was in class. Words are just words. Context doesn’t matter. Nor does it matter who says it. Professors. Leaders. Coaches. All should be able to say whatever they want. To whom ever they want. Whenever they want. Agree 100%

For the record, I’ve stated multiple times that I have zero issue with someone feeling as though what he did was not a fireable offense. I thought the result was harsh too. What I don’t understand is how people like you and a couple others, cannot see how in this day and age, in that setting, with that audience, when your job is to go into a recruits home and convince his family of what you are and stand for……how you can’t see why he is no longer coaching there
