He did you idiot. He left Gundy a winning program (since you think 7-8 wins is good enough). He didn’t even have the resources Gundy eventually had gotten either. I know you hate Miles and think he’s a piece of chit, but can’t appreciate the fact that he did that? Or the fact that he gave us back to back wins in Bedlam. How many times has Gundy done that?
First and foremost Miles was only here for four years. The conference had 12 teams with Nebraska, Texas, and OU that were still good and relevant.
It took Gundy until season #7 before he finally made one. He’s coaching in a conference that has 10 teams now with Texas who’s sucked since 2010. You’re trying to ignore the variables because it doesn’t fit your narrative.
Miles made bowls yea. You talk about what he left Gundy, how many were kicked off because they were thugs ? They would have eventually ruined the whole team. Well in that case OU was ranked 4th in 2001 and 6th in 2002 in total defense. When Gundy was able to beat OU they were ranked 32nd, 55th, and 76th. Looks like you’re still a retard that sucks. 
We had Woods and Fields too , hard to stop them. I’ll give Les credit for running routes that they couldn’t cover. M Stoops was an idiot that was only there because of Bob

I’m not disagreeing with you that he did. Just like Gundy he kept trying to do the “same thing he’s always done” while the rest of the college coaches adapted and developed. Unfortunately for him it cost him his job.
He’s been fired twice.

Sometimes coordinators don’t make good head coaches and don’t get with the times when they go back to being a coordinator. Look at what happened to Bill Young.
It would’ve been swept under the rug. That’s what OU does. Anything racial or that will look poorly…….it never comes out.
Never? SAE will tell you differently. All it takes is one dude w/ a phone taking a video to completely alter the course of somebody’s life. That drunken bus ride and that racist song changed not only the young man who sang it, but everyone living in-house. Then, we find out the house mom got lit one night and spouted it off like 20x in a row rapping.
In the case of BV, someone would’ve videoed the player initially getting yelled at even before the lyrics were read out loud. Look at Coach O and what he said about Bama. Or Leach’s infamous locker room speech. Going public can change things. Mixon’s tape from Pickleman’s couldn’t stay hidden forever. Just some examples.
