That is beautiful
Thank you!
I mean, it’s alright.
And you call me the worst, lol.
That’s amazing. The Chevelle grille and headlights are what really draw me in to the rest of the car.
Man that is awesome. Sweet sweet ride.
Our family project car is coming along.
1955 Chevrolet Bel Air

-Cam, heads, headers, true duals
-Four link, tubular control arms, front/rear coil overs
-Mini tubbed 275s
Needs interior and paint to be done. Will be TCU purple. I know, I know, there’s something special on deck for me. This is the wife’s.
The first :
You know when you are 15 years old and you start taking stock of what cars your parents have because that will likely be what you end up getting in a hand me down? Well…
My dad : A 1989 Oldsmobile Touring sedan
My mom : A 1985 cherry red 5.0 Mustang GT Convertible with a white ragtop.
I’ll let you take a guess at what I got. Guess they didn’t want to pay the insurance.
My GOSH. Looking at the interior of this thing brought back so many memories. Cruising around blaring Metallica out the window. Gosh what a crappy ride, but I loved her.
Now I’m a truck guy.
A true #olds.
My first vehicle was a 1992 Nissan Pathfinder that my buddies and I beat the hell out of. Cheap lift. 33" tires. A winch to get us out of mud. Took that thing all over Texas/Oklahoma/Arkansas… It’s a miracle we didn’t get stranded anywhere.
I can’t find a photo of it, but here’s something close to what it looked like when I inherited it.
And here’s my current rig. Upgrading as needed. Will eventually just be for camping.
I’ve always loved Pathfinders and Xterras. Would love to have an Xterra as a “side car” if I could.
Any RC junkies out there? Here’s a compilation I put together with a GoPro Session and a little apparatus I made to offset it from the car for the fun angle.
I like that you yielded before entering the roadway
Anyways, one of my college roommates was a huge RC guy… spent like 5x on RC what I spent on beer and I spent a LOT on beer. I enjoyed tinkering with his stuff, but never could decide I needed my own.
I don’t know why this is unnecessarily hilarious, but it is.
I’ll bring this back up to date. My first car (truck) was a 1986 Dodge Ram 50. It was supposed to be red, but was so faded, it was 5 different shades of red.
Current stock: 2014 RAM 1500 4x4, 2014 Range Rover (wife), 1973 Ford F100 (wife), 1971 Chevy C10, 2005 Kawasaki Nomad 1600.
I want an old truck with mostly pre-electronics parts. I’m not a handy person but would like to be and feel that kind of project would be a prefect start.
You have the sporty Forester!
