Howard torched us last year, Bean torched us last yearā¦
Greene did not. He played probably the worst game of his life against us. And thatās not an exaggeration, I literally am willing to bet heās never played a worse game in his entire football career than he played against us last year. 8-14, 48 yards. Stallionās just being stallion.
I heard the injuries were plenty for WVU against UH, with left side of the OL both injured. Along with two best defenders on their defense.
What about tech and TCU? They looked pretty awful in both of those games too. They really havenāt looked particularly good in any D1 game theyāve played. Just kinda grinded out ugly wins in all of them. Other than PSU.
No idea about those teams, apart from fact that they won both those games. UH is really bad team, loss to them is just terrible. And thatās what I heard on injury front to WVU against UH.
Dalton Cooper is in sling in this pic, anyone knows about extend of his injury? He really is important for us.
I was at the game and when they came out for the 2nd half he was in the sling but also looked like he had that shoulder pretty heavily iced. Couldāve been completely unrelated but Iād assume itās something with his shoulder.
If thatās the case, then my completely uninformed opinion would think that him not having it iced postgame is maybe a sign that itās not too bad?
Bean still torched us this year as well
Scott wright said it was an aggravation to a pre-existing issue, but heās not sure to what extent. Sounds like itās not season threatening unless he gets surgery.
The 2nd string Center at WVU was my neighbor in Indiana. I used to walk with his mom. I donāt think heās playing much yet. RS Freshman.
Initial gut feeling is not great about this game, but it is winnable if we play well. WVU is just generally a hard place to play & line is already moving in WVU favor. Interestingly enough though, we are ahead of WVU in SP+ by 1.1 rating points.
KState as a whole and KUās offense scared me. WVU doesnāt scare me
That QB should scare you. He seems legit.
They play pretty mistake free, try to grind you down similar to what we do so it will be interesting to see if we can lure them into beating themselves as we have the past 2 weeks. Not an enlightening observation but it really will come down to turnovers.
Edit: Over/Under set at 50 and I definitely envision this one being a grind of a game.
Kind of talking myself into it now because Gundy typically wins grind it out games by taking the points and making the other team lose the game. Itās stressful but it typically does work when you have a good RB and kicker.
We all know how that turned outā¦
Ollies first 100 yards game
Do we think he can go over 200 all purpose yards again? I do
