I know who Hannibal is. He was from the North African region and spent time in Spain going across Europe eventually into Northern Italy.
Because teams can actually get better on offense if they have coaches that are willing to be innovative on offense and find different ways to get down the field.
With elephants thru the alps and spent year in all parts of Italy, not just the north
