Probably had something to do with us getting better players in and not having to rely on Ice to drive the lane 40 times a game

I said good luck to him. How do I hate Ice? He was a decent player, but the fact remains the dude couldn’t hit the backside of a barn. It was pretty dam obvious when Boynton came out and said they needed better shooting that was a hint his best course of action was to leave OSU. Boynton can’t force Ice to shoot better from the free throw or three point line.
That’s my point lmao. When you get better talent in it’s not going to require one player to try everything for the team.
So that’s how you coach is forcing a play to be better

Boynton could teach Ice all day long how to properly shoot a basketball, but it’s not going to help unless Ice is able to find the stroke and release that works to make him a better shooter. Not every person develops the same shot or trajectory. I can tell you’ve never played basketball.
Lol I played plenty of basketball. You still ignore the fact the boynton hasn’t developed any player. Once a player becomes a starter the dnt get better. Everyone knows in any sport the old you get the better you can perform.

It’s because I have the ability to look past the BS someone tries to spew at me. When you continue to give excuse after excuse for something it means there is a deeper issue. Usually the ones everyone tried to say were wrong ended up being on the right side of history.
I think we got the players who can. But without more players I dnt see this coach doing it
