Not sure how you jump to that conclusion. This is a bad game, yes but he’s been getting better till this game

That last play was unbelievable. The Browns are punks. So Mason’s hand/glove was caught on Myles’s helmet. It irrationally made him mad, so he facemasked Rudolph to his feet. Pulled the helmet off his head and hit Rudolph with it. Then there’s a dogpile.
This is after 2 receivers got hit in the head while defenseless and at least one Browns player was ejected. But the only way they won is because they PIed every single decent throw that Mason made.
I’m upset now.

Ok, so I didn’t see Pouncey until the replay, that’s bad too. I really don’t blame him though. The Browns were punks the whole night.
Mason didn’t like getting tackled after his crap performance tonight and he was trying to rip Myles helmet off but that DOES NOT excuse what Myles did. Pouncey taking up for his QB so kudos for him and I love seeing James running out for Mason. But no bigger punks than the Steelers have been for years, the only difference is Pittsburgh has earned something, Cleveland not so much. And full disclosure, I’ve been a browns fan my whole life of 49 years.

It was cheap, and yes he was trying to take his helmet off and yes the browns won.
That’s not the take that the announcers had. He was holding on to Garrett’s helmet, but it appeared he was caught because he was weirdly grabbing against the helmet with one hand and the other was immobile. It was an odd hissy fit if Rudolph wasn’t caught.
The 2 angels I’ve seen and slow mo’d on the DVR don’t show in his helmet, it looks like his arm is pinned between his and Myles chest. Mason ripping off someone’s helmet doesn’t seem like his character but after not being able to hit the broad side of a barn who knows. If you would have told me to pick a player in the NFL who would hit someone with a helmet Myles Garrett would have been the last I would have thought, the dude is a lover not a fighter, writes poetry and meditates. Crazy, ugly stuff. He should be done for the year though.

And again, DOES NOT excuse what Myles did but Mason was asked what happened and he said I got sacked AGAIN it just kept on keepin on, said nothing about a hand stuck in a helmet…and Mayfields and Kitchens responses were welcome but Garrett’s was crap…and give me more Pouncey!
