You are recruiting against about 64 other schools for football. At least half of them are worse programs than OSU and Gundy canāt get above 40th in recruiting. Pretty pathetic.

What exactly do you mean āwe donāt countā? As far as Iām concerned everyone in D-1 basketball is competing for a tournament appearance.
There are 32 total D-1 conferences in basketball compared to 10 total D-1 conferences in football.
That means there are roughly 20 teams or so not in a major conference that can still make the tournament by winning their conference. Which means Boynton has to make sure heās one of the 45-48 teams that can get a bid.
All Gundy has to do is be better than 70-80 other teams and heās a lock for a bowl game. Like I said, there is a major difference between being better than 46% of the other teams and then trying to be better than 81%+ better than other teams.

All of our historic seasons came from hall of fame coaches. Out side of those two coaches we havenāt been very impressive.
Was I not the one that had to break down a reasonable and simplistic explanation for you? This goes back to me saying how you guys see everything in elementary terms instead of going into the specifications of it all.

25 of these conferences get one school in. So every year 250 schools have no chance of getting in.
Its still a simple fact get to 500 in conference u will go dancing. Dnt bring in all 400 school. U are idiots in all sports.
It takes a good coach to win at most schools. Gundy did that when he was younger. Current Gundy doesnāt seem to give a sh!t about winning. When he started acting like that is when he lost me. The play calling is boring and predictable, the recruiting sucks, he makes an a$$ out of himself constantly in interviews even when heās losing, and has a blank bored expression on the sideline every game. The last time Iāve seen any sort of emotion from him in the sideline was in 2018 when jackass Herman ran onto the field.
