I think the PAC 12 is dead too honestly. Depends on what all this alliance holds but the pac 12 has been dwindling in football relevance for 10 years and the people/leaders out there really donāt seem too concerned with football. I wouldnāt be surprised if when the tv deal runs out in 24 USC, Oregon, UCLA, Washington, and Stanford all find new homes and the mega conference radical alignment change everyone expected happens then. There will be 20 schools up for free agency between PAC 12 and Big 8.

Personally, I like the big 12 expanding to include Cincinnati, Houston, SMU, and Memphis. Good, regional conference. Doable road trips to Memphis (best BBQ ribs, btw), Houston, Dallas.
