Thank frickin goodness, I’m sure it was their jobs or Gundy’s job. My distained dislikeness for Dunn started back when Spencer Sanders career started. The offensive line and misusing of Sanders. Making him play a pro style offense when he was specifically recruited for true RPO/Zac Robinson style offense. He could had held almost every QB record instead of a few. Our offensive line wasn’t even built and recruited for that type of offense. Then that Baylor conference championship game we had where we run the same play 3x in a row then run it to the other side.

I don’t care about longevity of our coordinators. Go get ones that will be so good that other colleges take them as their head coaches. Get back to running this team like a CEO that has stockholders to answer to.

Facts. We can have a revolving door of OCs and DCs for all I care as long as they’re winning big. If other schools want them as their HC or a blue blood wants them as their coordinator that means we have been winning big. That is all we should care about.

I would like to see Dickey go as well. I don’t see how you really judge an OC or players when the OL cannot run block. We need somebody who can coach run blocking.

I second this, but the boys may wait until replacements are named or other assistants are relieved of duties/replaced.

Would it make sense for Mike Gundy to reach out to Dez Bryant to come in as our new receivers coach? Follow the Deion Sanders model, bring lots of high quality recruits in so they can learn from an all-time great. Maybe make Weeden the qb coach too

I’d like to get the SMU OC and Sam Houston State DC if possible. Would still be in Texas for recruiting as well.

Awesome. Now hire some real coaches and give them a budget to fill out their own staffs. We don’t need another Nardo situation where we have a new coach who has to blend into an existing framework instead of truly getting to build a defense.
