Why are you oblivious that change needs to happen within the program in order for it to be successful? You always have excuses yet you never address the root cause.
I will give you kudos for seeing there was a problem. Im not saying the coaches did everything rite. But. You ignore the injuries makes you the only one oblivious to the facts.

Don’t you think we need to have coaches that CAN do things right? Based on Gundy’s past performance, we will not be relevant for another 2-3 years. Why not make the changes necessary now? Mason is probably going to jump next year, so we will have a new DC. Dunn is trash at OC, so demote him to WR coach and get a new OC. Fire Gundy and make him an advisor or something. Hire new coaches and start fresh and make good use of the 2-3 years of downtime, which is going to happen anyway.
Hold on there moron. Have you ever know any coach do every thing rite. We got beat up in the tech game. In the second half of the tcu game they were dropping like flies.
We were 6 and 1. Sure that tcu we mite have had a play.
But the coaching had nothing to do with the way we ended. I seriously doubt you know how many goes where out each game. Or the injuried guys that we playing.
Go 7 games scoring 45 then down under 20. That is not coaching.

Our first 3 wins were against teams with a record of 10-26. Again, Gundy has had plenty of time to do something competitive and he rarely does. I find it difficult to comprehend that all of these new coaches are coming in and outperforming Gundy almost immediately. Yet, Gundy has had 18 years and we have nothing. And, if the NIL is going to keep us from even competing in our own conference then let’s just scrap the football team. We have continued to do the same thing over and over and we get the exact same results. NOTHING.
Lets look at this new coaches. Beside dave and to some joey, there are no new coaches. Sonny we will see if he can repeat. He should being at the dallas. But he never showed this before. Chris has natty’s. He only lost his qb and lost the rest of 2020. Matt had all the talent with no injuries 2021. Dave didnt handle covid well. And had a nice team this year to get 6 wins.
I can point out bad things on each of the other coach.
The biggest thing your missing is the big12 teams are really close to each other. When we have 8 to 10 guys each game that take away any advantage we had.
