I think it’s more ironic how we got 5 four stars out of 14 commits right after holder left. It’s amazing how much better you can do when you don’t waste money on non revenue sports

Didn’t Pat Jones say OSU is a golf school? And then I wonder how many of those four star recruits eventually hit the transfer portal.
I have no idea what pat jones said, but it pretty much was with holder running things. I like all sports but football is your bread winner. With all the money we had come in our recruiting budget should have never been below programs like Kansas.

I guess it would depend on what position they play and how they are excelling at it.
Joey loves to argue. He loves the midget we have now. So of course he know what ur talking about presley.
What he doesn’t understand is why we will end up with so many 4 stars.
He is still going on about the 4stars we lost. They were bust not a 1 have done anything. He thinks only gundy can have that happen. Ou lost a 4 star this summer between Texas and ou there have been plenty of busted 4 stars

400 something players dude . Half the people evaluating kids look like Carey Murdock. They’re usually right on can’t miss prospects hell billy Madison can get that right. I’ve watched a lot of high school football I can promise there aren’t that many players better than him in this class. If he was 6’0 close to two hundred pounds he’d be a “5” star, then again Blackmon had all the tools in the world, might be the greatest wide receiver in big 12 history and barely cracked the top 800. Moral of the story quit looking at stars. How many five star players are starting qbs in the nfl?

I didn’t ever say three star players can’t be good. Statistics show the chances of winning more, and getting more NFL caliber players are 4 star recruits or higher. I didn’t make that up. If you have a problem with that then take it up with the people that evaluate these players.

We have had our share of 4 star busts Boomer, XLK, the kid that started before Weeden, Reid hell recruiting stars are mostly the number of camps you can make. A lot of kids can’t afford to camp all summer
