In all reality, I don’t think it matters. With our coaching staff, we could start Tom Brady, and we’d still suck. We’d look just like the Bucs did last year.

Good point, but boy we are predictable. He is playing the out execute game and that works with experience. We might need to consider a new system with all the movement we have in college football today?

According to Gundy he doesn’t bother his assistants. He does say he reviews the game plans though. So which one is it?
It’s Gundy… his system is failing.
You know it’s absolutely eating him alive not being able to post on here after that nightmare debacle on Saturday night.
It was like I said on one of my posts. A coach I listened to the other night with 35 years of experience in HS and as a D2 DC said his offense is a basic junior high concept. No motion, shifting, or adjustments whatsoever to throw the defense formations off.
Do you believe that? The OC and QB coach had picked a starter.

I think it’s a combination of things.

Lack of evaluation in the transfer portal and roster

Dunn running a junior high offense

Dickey starting guys that don’t practice

Gundy’s lack of understanding the current generation

Not getting the ball to our best players

The administration treating OSU football like we should be thankful for 6-6
This is how you get the better players on your team to hit the transfer portal never to return, and to be quite honest I wouldn’t blame them.
