It absolutely matters beating non power 5 teams by a lot man! Itās called moving up the rankings! When we start out around 10 or 15 or 20 we need big margin victories against those teams to jump other teams before we run out of time. Your smoking good stuff. You barely beat those teams and teams below you jump us while they keep us at idol and if it comes down to picking us or another team to go to the playoffs they look at all games both teams played during the year and compare but sure your right margin of victory has nothing to do with any of thatš

Youāre delusional. AP rankings have nothing to do with the playoffs. If you donāt realize that Alabama and Ohio State start the season in the playoffs until they lose, then youāre living in a bubble.
The only thing that matters is Ws and Ls for us. If we go undefeated and win the Big 12, weāre a 99% lock. If we win the Big 12 with a loss, weāre probably a 70% lock depending on how the other conferences shake out and if ND wins out. Thatās it. Anything else and weāre not in. If we lose a game itās all about how many losses the elites have.

It does. The problem is we donāt develop our offensive lines like we should be since Wickline left. If anything it tells me our offensive line is about as good as Nebraskaās maybe.
