You said “OU is not our best seller”. That’s factually wrong.
Ou not even in top 10 but Lamar made it.
By the way Joey is the one who has problems with facts. I do not.
I think this is just a move that indicates the entire landscape of college football is headed towards 3 Super-Conferences. I assume the powers-that-be are smart enough to see that & make some moves. I guarantee you the phone lines are burning up right now with everybody else. No one, not even Ohio St, Norte Dame and the like, is resting real easily with these two going to the SEC
What the hell does “Lamar made it” even mean?
Lamar( it’s a small college)is in the top 10 of osu home attendance. And on the 3 conference bs. It probably is. Big conference play the same poeple every year. Sec never rotates games but every 20 years. Has Mizzou played all the east players yet.
LAMAR IS A BETTER ATTENDANCE DRAW THAN OU? Please tell me this is honestly what you’re saying.
Why are u yelling if ur confused u can look it up.
Ou is not even a top 10 game.
U my not be yse to on going comments if u get lost go back a refresh urself, nor ask the other person. Or not reply its best when ur lost.
You are a very intriguing poster on here. Goooood times.
Or let me put it in grammatical form in which you can better understand.
Ewe sur, r a reely funne purse-on to fall-oh on here. Eye luv reeding theez
I’m here all nite dnt forget to tip the bar maids.
U just drooled on urself.
If the petition is for joining the sec in the25 -26 season then they plan to stay. Thats what the article said.
No reason to negotiate.
No, they do not plan to stay. They put that year on it because that’s when the contract expires. It’s called legal strategy. Again, you don’t know what you’re talking about.
I know the soon they want to leave the more it will cost. How r they going to join a conference now when their papers allow them to join in 25.
Ive join alot of things never per data my membership.
How did A&M, Colorado, Nebraska & Mizzou leave before the contract was up? Again……you’re clueless
What if a new 16 team conference affiliation requires all 12 games be played against conference members?
They paid. I have not said that ou had to stay. But in ur world u think ou has a card to play. What naked pics of the new president.
I want them to pay and I hope everyone else wants it to. U can act like a big business guy but way would we negotiate. U forget when the other 4 left there was no question the conference was moving on. So the sooner they left the sooner we could bring in new blood. So it’s not the same.
You’re living in the past. Try looking forward.
At a minimum, in 2025 OU will have 10 in-conference SEC games, plus potentially a conference championship game and playoff game(s).
You think with A&M, Texas, LSU, Alabama, Georgia, Auburn or Florida on their regular season schedule, they’re going to want to add a very difficult out of conference game to their schedule? First of all, to make the playoffs, they won’t need to. More than likely they’ll adopt the tried and true SEC scheduling format and play Prairie View A&M or McNeese State.
However, yes, playing OkState would from a fan perspective be better than playing Florida State. Local game, more local media scrutiny, guaranteed sellout, greater recruiting tool.
