You could be right. He’s in trouble for trying to back out of the OU game, then the extra practices NCAA violation, and now this embarrassment. His leash just got shorter.
Yeah his QB Martinez doesn’t seem very bright. Takes way too many sacks because he’s holding on to the ball or he was making in accurate throws because his footwork was messed up. Not trying to beat a dead horse but reminds me a lot of Sanders, great athlete but hasn’t learned the mental aspect to play QB at this level.
You would think since his coach was a former QB he would be able to develop him. Still…I would rather lose to Illinois than Central Michigan.

In away it’s not an embarrassment. I was looking at a big10 prediction. They had Illinois beating them even though still doing better in conference.
I didn’t know central Michigan played this week.

If we are going to expand, I think BYU and UCF would be our best options…publicity and new healthy recruiting areas for us. Both also have a well rounded athletic department (not just football) and fan bases.
